At UP Lifting, our primary
focus is teaching strength -- how to feel good doing
basic pushing, pulling, bending and squatting
exercises. Learn how to feel strong before you even
move. Learn how to trust your strength and your
ability to choose physical movements and activities
you can thrive with.

Personal training sessions can be
held at UPLifting, a park, a track, your home, or your
gym. I am based in
Mountain View, California. To account for travel time,
my hourly rate increases to $125 if I meet you
someplace outside downtown Mountain View.
