At UP Lifting, our primary focus is teaching strength -- how to feel good doing basic pushing, pulling, bending and squatting exercises. Learn how to feel strong before you even move. Learn how to trust your strength and your ability to choose physical movements and activities you can thrive with.

Enjoy strength training, looking good and getting things done ALL AT THE SAME TIME! Train your core strength throughout the day and benefit from the grounding and satisfying effect rather than feeling split-minded and harried in the middle of a busy/highly scheduled life....

A lot of this boils down to the idea that when our body feels good we feel good. Exercise Coaching Service UP Lifting: teaching how to know and grow your strength. What do you want? Strength? Power? Beauty? Health? Joy? These are some of the natural gifts available from strength training.

Awareness: Learn how to listen and respond to your body

Position: Learn balanced body position and basic strength

Strength: Learn your strength level and capacity

Movement: Learn how to increase strength through basic movement patterns

Exercises:
Learn basic exercises for all-around, balanced strength

Personal training sessions can be held at UPLifting, a park, a track, your home, or your gym. I am based in Mountain View, California. To account for travel time, my hourly rate increases to $125 if I meet you someplace outside downtown Mountain View.
